Banana Cream Pie

  • 1 small package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 4 small bananas
  • 1 graham cracker or oreo prepared pie crust.



Step 1

Beat pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes on low.
Refrigerate 5 to 10 minutes.
Beat the heavy whipping cream just until it holds its peak.
Thinly slice 2 small bananas and lay over bottom of pie crust.
Fold together pudding and whipped cream.
Fold in 1 to 2 thinly sliced small bananas.
Pour mixture into pie.
Refrigerate 2 hours or more.

* Makes enough that you can make 2 pies instead of one very full pie.
