Ingredients
- 1 c cauliflower
- 2 c water
Preparation
Step 1
Wash the cauliflower thoroughly. Discard the stem and leaves and chop the florets into small pieces. Put into a steamer basket. Bring to a boil and steam until tender, about 20 minutes. P,ace in a food processor or blender, and purée for 30 seconds. Add liquid as necessary to achieve desired consistency.
