Cream Cheese Frosting
- 2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, slightly softened
- 6 tbsp butter, softened
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar (powdered)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

1. In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla until just blended.
2. Increase speed to medium. Beat until smooth and fluffy, about 1 minute, frequently scraping bowl with spatula.
