Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 6 to 8 anchovies
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 and 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients except olive oil and cheese in a food processor and blend completely. Add olive oil while blending again. Pour into a bowl and stir in the cheese.
