  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cans (4 oz each) chopped green chilies


Cooking time 35mins


Step 1

In a large bowl, beat eggs. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into eggs (batter will be lumpy). Add cheeses, butter and chilies. Pour into a greased 13x9x2-in. baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Yield 10-12 servings.
