Ingredients
- 12 hard cooked eggs, peeled
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 3 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
- chives
- paprika
Details
Preparation
Step 1
1. Slice eggs in half, remove yolks.
2. Mash yolks in small bowl.
3. Stir in mayo, chili sauce, mustard and hot sauce.
4. Stuff eggs.
5. Sprinkle with chives and paprika.
6. Refrigerate.
