Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1/2 C. sugar (scant 1/2 C.)
- 1/4 C. white vinegar
- 1 C. golden raisins
- 4 T. dry minced onions
- 6 T. bacon bits
- 2 bunches broccoli

Preparation
Step 1
Cut broccoli into small florets. Mix together the rest of the ingredients. Add to broccoli one or two hours before serving.
For a variation, may use one head cauliflower in place of one bunch broccoli. Also may substitute red onion for minced onion and could add 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese.
We have recently started reducing the mayonnaise and sugar.
