Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. Italian hot or sweet sausage
- 1 Pillsbury French bread (from the dairy case)
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella
- 1 small jar red roasted peppers
- 1 egg
Preparation
Step 1
Roll out French bread to the size you want.
Remove sausage from casing and brown. Drain grease and pat with paper towel and spread over French bread dough. Drain roasted peppers and dice, spread over sausage. Top with mozzarella. Roll dough to make a loaf and crimp ends to secure filling.
Beat egg with 1 tsp. water and brush over loaf.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes
