Ingredients
- Base
- 1 cup glutenfree plain flour
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 140 g dairy free margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Icing
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 30 g dairy free margarine
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hot water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all base ingredients in a medium bowl, press into a lined 15 x 26 cm slice tin
and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
2. Combine all of the icing ingredients, mix until smooth. Spread over slice straight from the
oven.
3. Allow to cool in tin, then cut into squares.
