Ingredients

  • 1 ) 1 package crescent rolls
  • 2 ) 1 pound sausage
  • 3 ) 1 package (1 lb. 4 oz.) shredded hash browns
  • 4 ) 1 package (2 cans) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 ) 12 eggs
  • 6 ) 1/4 - 1/2 cup milk
  • 7 ) 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ) pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Separate rolls to form crust, place in 9 x 13 ungreased pan. Cook sausage and spoon over rolls. Sprinkle potatoes and cheese over meat. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over entire pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake the next morning at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Serves 10
