  • 1 ) 16 oz. pkg. pound cake mix Edit Delete
  • 2 ) 1 egg Edit Delete
  • 3 ) 2 tablespoons butter, melted Edit Delete
  • 4 ) 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, on low speed, combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter and 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. Press onto bottom of 15x10 inch pan.

2) 14 oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk Edit Delete
3) 2 eggs Edit Delete
4) 16 ounce can pumpkin Edit Delete
5) 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice Edit Delete
6) 1/2 teaspoon salt Edit Delete
7) 1 cup chopped pecans Edit Delete

In mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk then 2 eggs, pumpkin, 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and salt; mix well. Pour over crust, sprinkle with nuts. Bake 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill; cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
