Ingredients
- . CAKE:
- 1 ) 1/4 cup butter
- 2 ) 1/2 cup oil
- 3 ) 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 5 ) 2 eggs
- 6 ) 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 7 ) 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 8 ) 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 9 ) 1 1/2 cups sour milk (to make sour milk add 1 teaspoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon baking soda to milk)
- 10 ) 2 1/2 cups flour
- 11 ) 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 12 ) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 13 ) 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 ) 2 cups grated zucchini
- 15 ) 1 cup pecans, chopped
- Cream butter, oil, sugar, add egg and vanilla. Mix flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder and spices. Alternate with sour milk. Stir in zucchini, chocolate chips, and pecans. Bake in a 9 x 13 greased pan at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.

2. FROSTING:
1) 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2) 1 stick butter
3) 1 teaspoon vanilla
4) 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
5) 1 cup pecans chopped
Mix altogether until well blended, then frost cooled cake.
