Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bacon chopped small
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

fry the bacon until it's crispy. Remove and set aside.
put the rest of the ingredients into a blender and add 2 tablespoons of the bacon grease from your pan.
Blend everything together.
Toss with greens and top with cooked bacon
