ICE CREAM CAKE ( Gina Tassanari )

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 2 ) 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream
  • 3 ) 1 container fudge icing
  • 4 ) 1 sleeve oreo cookies

Preparation

Step 1

Soften chocolate ice cream and spread evenly into 9 x 13 rubbermaid plastic container. Must be plastic, glass will break. Refreeze chocolate ice cream overnight. Remove from freezer and spread fudge icing over chocolate ice cream. Then crush oreo cookies and spread over icing. Use wax paper and press cookies into icing and ice cream. Freeze overnight. Soften vanilla ice cream and spread over cookies and refreeze overnight. Then enjoy
