- 6 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 4 Ounces Cooked Shell Fish
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Shallot
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Capers
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives

Step 1
Mash egg yolks and mix with all other ingredients. Spoon into the egg whites; top with more chives.
