Ingredients
- 2 cups Oat Flour
- 2 Shredded Apples (peeled and cored)
- 1 cup xlyitol
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Apple Pie Spice
- 1 Egg White
- 1/4 c rice milk

NOTE: These will stick to regular muffin pan liners, you either need to buy the high quality parchment paper ones or just put them in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. They are really good refrigerated!
Add all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 20-24 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Counts as Grain and Fruit (I asked Haylie about the egg white and she said it would be fine at such a small amount per muffin)
