Meatball & Pasta Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Jar pasta sauce
  • 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups uncooked curly edged small pasta
  • 1 cup sauteed bell pepper & onion
  • 1 bag frozen Italian meatballs
  • 6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

In a 13 x 9 ungreased dish, combine sauce,soup and water, mix well. Stir in pasta, peppers & onions,mix well. Add meatballs, turn to coat with sauce, make sure pasta is covered with sauce. Cover with foil & refigerate for 8 hrs. or overnight. Bake at 350 covered for 45 min. uncover and sprinkle with cheese & parsley, bake 5 to 10 minutes.
