Bucket of Bran Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1-15 oz box raisin bran cereal
  • 1-2 cups raisins
  • 5 tsp baking soda
  • 5 cups flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2-3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 quart buttermilk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients very well in large bowl. Add beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix well. Store in covered container in refrigerator.

Bake as needed in 400 oven 15-20 minutes without muffin cups.

Do not stir anytime after mixing.
Keep 6 weeks or longer.

Lightly spray bottom of muffin tins with Pam.
