Ingredients
- 1 \4 cup good olive oil
- 3 tab minced garlic
- 1 \3 cup dry white wine
- 1 tab grated lemon zest
- 2 tab freshly squezed lemon juice
- 1 1\2 teaspoons of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of minced fresh thyme
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 boneless chicken breasts

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 400
Warm the olive oil in a small sauce pan over med heat add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute but do not llow the garlic to turn brown. add the white wine, lemon zest. lemon juice. oregano. thyme and 1 teaspoon of salt and pour into a 9 by 12 baking dish.
Pat the chicken breasts dry and place them skin side up over the sauce. Brush the chicken breasts with the olive oil and sprinkle them liberally with salt and pepper.
Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes
If the chicken is not brown enough put it under the broiler
