"10 MINUTE COOKING SAUCE"

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 2 lg. onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans seasoned tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 2-3 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • Dash of red pepper
  • Parmesan cheese grated

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker. Cook at 15 pounds pressure for 10 minutes. Reduce pressure quickly under cold water. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Serve with cheese. Makes 6 servings.
