Ingredients

  • ) 3 slices bread, crust removed and cubed
  • 2 ) 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 ) 4 1/2 teaspoons Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 4 ) 2 cans tuna (6oz. each) drained and flaked
  • 5 ) 1 jar pimentos, chopped and drained
  • 6 ) 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Step 1

In large bowl, soak bread cubes in evaporated milk; let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in salad dressing mix, tuna and pimentos. Spoon about 1/4 cup onto each bun half. Place on baking sheet. Broil 5-6 inches from the heat for 4 minutes or until golden brown. 4 servings
