Ingredients

  • 1 ) 1 medium to large round steak tenderized Edit Delete
  • 2 ) 1/2 cup onion, chopped Edit Delete
  • 3 ) 1 stick butter Edit Delete
  • 4 ) 3-4 cups small egg noodles Edit Delete
  • 5 ) 1 can cream of chicken soup Edit Delete
  • 6 ) 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in skillet. Cut round steak in small squares. salt, pepper and dredge in flour. Fry pieces in butter with onion until meat is brown. Add cream of chicken soup and let simmer on low. Boil egg noodles, drain and stir into mixture. Lastly, spoon sour cream on top and let it melt. Stir often. The longer it simmers the more tender the round steak is.
