Orange Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons margarine
  • 2 Tablespoons Orange Peel
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Slowly stir in orange juice. bring to a boil for 2 - 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in margaring and orange peel. Gradually add lemon juice.

Cool completely. Fill cake or cupcakes.
