Ingredients

  • 6 CUP WATER
  • 1 LARGE YELLOW ONION DICED
  • 28 OUNCE PLUMB TOMATOES CRUSHED
  • 4 LARGE CARROTS DICED
  • 2 LARGE POTATOES CUBED
  • 30 OUNCE GARBANZO BEANS DRAINED
  • 1/4 TSP THYME
  • 1/4 TSP BASIL
  • 1/4 TSP MARJORAM
  • 2 TBSP PARSLEY
  • 2 STALKS CELERY DICED
  • 1/2 POUND GREEN BEANS
  • 1/2 POUND ZUCCHINI SLICED
  • 1 SMALL CABBAGE SHREDDED
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Preparation

Step 1

ADD IN ALL INGREDIENTS AND COOK ON LOW FOR 4 HOURS THEN SERVE
