Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups high water fruit/vegetables (grapes, oranges, watermelon)
  • Add banana, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries, peaches, pears, apples (cored), pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, mangos, kiwi, papaya, etc.
  • Add sweetener if necessary
  • Protein power if desired
  • Powdered milk causes the smoothie to become creamy like a milkshake OR low-fat yogurt.
  • 1-2 cups ice
