Slow Cooker - Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. beef chuck stew meat cut into 1 inch cubes.
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 6 red skin potatoes quartered
  • 2 &1/2 chopped onions
  • 3 sliced celery stalks
  • 3 sliced carrot stalks

Preparation

Step 1

1. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over meat.
2. Place meat in pot.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
4. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until meat is tender.
5. Stir well before serving.
