Slow Cooker - Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 4 lbs. beef chuck stew meat cut into 1 inch cubes.
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 6 red skin potatoes quartered
- 2 &1/2 chopped onions
- 3 sliced celery stalks
- 3 sliced carrot stalks

Preparation
Step 1
1. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over meat.
2. Place meat in pot.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
4. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until meat is tender.
5. Stir well before serving.
