Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

1 Combine the corn meal,flour,baking powder,and salt.
2 Add the honey,oil,milk and eggs.
3 Mix just enough to moisten the batter.
4 Pour the batter into an oiled 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
5 Bake at 375 degree oven for 20-35 minutes or until golden brown.
