  • 3 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
  • 15 OUNCES FIRE ROASTED DICED TOMATOES
  • 28 OUNCES CAN CRUSHED TOMATOES
  • 2 STALKS CELERY DICED
  • 1 MEDIUM ONION DICED
  • 3 CUPS VEGETABLE STOCK
  • 30 OUNCES KIDNEY BEANS
  • 2 TBSP TOMATO PASTE
  • 2 TBSP MINCED OREGANO
  • 2 TBSP MINCED PARSLEY
  • 1 1/2 CUPS SHREDDED CABBAGE
  • 3/4 CUP DICED ZUCCHINI
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 1 TSP PEPPER
  • 8 OUNCE COOKED PASTA

ADD ALL INGREDIENTS IN CROCK POT EXCEPT PASTA COOK PLACE IN CROCK POT AND COOK ON LOW FOR 8 HOURS, ADD IN PASTA BEFORE SERVING
