Ingredients

  • 10 lbs. red skin potatoes
  • Celery stalk
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 sm. onion
  • Small jar Gherkins pickles
  • 2 lg. jars of mayonaisse

Preparation

Step 1

1. Wash and boil potatoes until cooked.
2. Peel and cut into pieces.
3. Cut celery, pepper and onion and mix with mayo and pickle juice.
4. Add mix and mayo to potatoes.
