Creamy Chocolate Parfaits

Tip: Be creative and try layering your favorite cookies or candies in these dessert parfaits, such as mint or regular cream-filled sandwich cookies, mini chocolate chips, miniature marshmallows or vanilla wafers.

Ingredients
- 1 (3.9-ounce) package chocolate instant or cook-and-serve pudding and pie filling mix
- 2 cups half-and-half
- Whipped Cream
- 1/4 cup chopped creme de menthe thins
- Fresh mint leaves or creme de menthe chocolate candies, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pudding mix and half-and-half in a medium bowl. Prepare according to package directions. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Just before serving, spray a generous dollop of whipped cream into each of 4 stemmed dessert glasses. Top each with 1 teaspoon chopped candy and 1/4 cup pudding. Repeat layers.
Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves or candy.
