Turkey (or Tuna) casserole

  • 2 cups diced turkey or whatever protein you have leftover or tuna.
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 1 bag ripple potato chips
  • 1 can mushroom soup



Step 1

Combine turkey, celery and green onions. Put 1/2 in bottom of dish. Cover with 1/2 tin mushroom soup and 1/4 cup water. Sprinkle with 1 cup crushed potato chips. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
