Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 &1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 15 ozs. Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 10 0zs. Evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Pillsbury Pet Ritz frozen deep dish pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
2. Cover crust.
3. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake 40-50 minutes (until knife inserted in center comes out clean)
4. Cool 2 hours and refrigerate until serving.
