lb. Pork roast
&½-cups cider vinegar
2-TBS. Brown sugar
1-TBS. Hot Sauce
1-tsp. crushed red red pepper flakes
Put roast in a slo-cooker, sprinkle with salt & pepper. Pour vinegar over roast. Cover & cook on low for 12-hours or overnight. Remove roast and shred with forks. Drain juices from slo-cooker, reserving 2-cups of liquid. Return pork to slo-cooker. To the reserved liquid add: Brown sugar,hot sauce, and crushed pepper flakes. Stir well. Pour over shredded pork & place lid back on. Place on low or warm setting until ready to serve.
