This sauce in not spicy.if you want it spicy, double the hot sauce & red peppers.

    lb. Pork roast

  • 1-TBS. Salt

  • 1-tsp. pepper

  • 1

    &½-cups cider vinegar

  • 2-TBS. Brown sugar

  • 1-TBS. Hot Sauce

  • 1-tsp. crushed red red pepper flakes


Put roast in a slo-cooker, sprinkle with salt & pepper. Pour vinegar over roast. Cover & cook on low for 12-hours or overnight. Remove roast and shred with forks. Drain juices from slo-cooker, reserving 2-cups of liquid. Return pork to slo-cooker. To the reserved liquid add: Brown sugar,hot sauce, and crushed pepper flakes. Stir well. Pour over shredded pork & place lid back on. Place on low or warm setting until ready to serve.
