Homemade Whole Wheat Tortillas

A great recipe. These can be made right before having a Mexican meal...or while it's cooking!
Atypical but delicious way of serving: Warm in microwave, brush with tiny bit of butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Tasty night-cap :)

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt (?omit)
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 c warm water (I’ve had to add more to bring dough together, still turned out fine)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add olive oil and stir well until combined. Add water 1 T at a time until dough can be gathered into a ball. Add more water if needed 1 T at a time.
2. Knead on floured surface 15-20 times. Let dough rest for 15 minutes.
3. Divide dough into 10-12 equal portions and shape into balls. On floured surface roll out ball from center into a circle.
