Line a cookie sheet (with sides) with foil, then spray with Pam cooking spray. Place a single layer of crackers in the pan. Melt butter and brown sugar in a pan. Boil for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers and spread evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. When it stops boiling frost with melted chocolate chips, Sprinkle with pecans. Put in freezer to harden (about 60 minutes). Break into pieces and store in refrigerator.
