Breakfast quinoa with blueberries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

Step 1





In a medium saucepan, combine: all above ingredients.

Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the liquid has been absorbed.

Remove from the heat and add:
2 tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla


Mix well and divide between 4 serving bowls. Sprinkle with blueberries, or fresh fruit of your choice, and serve!
