Baked Short Ribs *(GOOD)*

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds short ribs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3/4 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

Dredge ribs in flour and brown in hot oil. Drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Place in casserole. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees.
