Ingredients

Beef Roast (15lbs)
Coca Cola (3 cans)
Cream of mushroom soup (6 cans)
Dry onion soup mix (2 pkgs)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown roast in fry pan, transfer to casserole or roasting pan big enough to fit (9x13). Mix all other ingredients together and pour over roast. Cover tightly with foil and bake @ 325 degrees for 3 1/2 - 4 hours.
