Velveeta® Potato Bites

Ingredients

  • Potatoes, cut into thick slices
  • Butter, melted
  • Velveeta®
  • Bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 3/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1 T. Chives

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to broil.

Place thick potato slices that have been lightly buttered on both sides on a non-greased cookie sheet. Broil potatoes 5 minutes on each side.

Add slices of Velveeta® and top each potato with crumbled bacon. Broil until Velveeta® begins to melt.

Mix sour cream and chives to make dip. Serve potatoes with dip.
