Ingredients
- 1/3 cup finely minced green onions
- 1/2 cups finely cut broccoli florets
- 1-8 ounce can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) crystallized ginger, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Chill for a few hours to blend flavors. Serve with any choice of crackers. (May be made the day ahead).
