Ingredients
- 4 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 3 ounces Genoa salami or prosciutto
- 1 cup (8 oz.) mozzarella
- 1/4 cup (2 oz.) Parmesan
- 2 oz. thinly sliced black olives
- 1 tsp. basil
- 4 eggs
- 1 &1/2 cups (12 oz.) half and half
- 1 tsp. flour
- 9 inch pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
• Mix tomatoes, salami, mozzarella and parmesan, olives and basil and pour into crust.
• Combine eggs, half and half, flour and pepper and pour over tomato-salami mixture.
• Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes , then lower heat to 350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes longer.
