    plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped

    ounces Genoa salami or prosciutto

    cup (8 oz.) mozzarella

  • 1/4

    cup (2 oz.) Parmesan

  • 2

    oz. thinly sliced black olives

  • 1

    tsp. basil

  • 4

    eggs

  • 1

    &1/2 cups (12 oz.) half and half

  • 1

    tsp. flour

  • 9

    inch pie crust

Directions

• Mix tomatoes, salami, mozzarella and parmesan, olives and basil and pour into crust. • Combine eggs, half and half, flour and pepper and pour over tomato-salami mixture. • Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes , then lower heat to 350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes longer.
