Ingredients
- 2 c quinoa, cooked
- 3 c milk
- 1/3 c agave nectar
- 1/2 c almonds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp lemon or orange rind, grated
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/2 c shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp margarine
Preparation
Step 1
combine all ingredients. pour into greased baking dish or greased individual cups. bake 350 degree oven until set, about 45 minutes. serve hot or cold. topped with yogurt, cream or apple juice.
