- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 eggs separated
- 2 cups sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
- graham cracker pie shell

Step 1
Beat egg yolks. Add milk & beat 1/2 minute. Gradually add lime juice, beat 1 minute. Pour in pie shell, refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with swirls of whipped cream.
