Ingredients
- 3 pork chops
- 1/4 cup Chopped onion
- 1/4 cup Apricot preserves - no sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp. bottled minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Preparation
Step 1
Heat large nonstick skillet, coat with Pam. Add pork chops & book 6 minutes each side until done. Remove chops from pan & keep warm
Add chopped onion to pan & saute 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in preserves, soy sauce, garlic & salt. Cook 3 minutes or until thickened.
Add pork chops to pan, turning to coat & sprinkle with green onions. (or serve sauce over the top of the chops)
