Ingredients

HUSHPUPPIES : 1) 2 cups yellow cornmeal 2) 1/2 cup flour 3) 1 teaspoon baking powder 4) 1 small onion, finely chopped 5) 1 1/4 cups milk For Hushpuppies, mix dry ingredients. Add onion and then milk. Stir just until mixed. Drop by tablespoon into the hot skillet. Fry until brown, turning once. Serve hot with the fish.
