Ingredients

  • 1 box Classic Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can (21 oz.) Duncan Hines Comstock® More Fruit Blueberry
  • 3/4 cup flaked coconut
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 325ºF. In a large bowl combine cake mix, butter or margarine and 1 egg; blend well. Pat mixture into bottom of well-greased 15” x 10” jelly roll pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, beat in 2 eggs, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla. Pour over cake mixture in pan. Spread blueberry fruit filling on top and sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
3. Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and cut into bars.
