Ingredients
- Serves 4
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 & 1/2 lb steak
- pepper
- 16 oz. Romaine lettuce
- 1 cubed avocado
- 8 oz. cherry tomatoes
- 4 oz. crumpled blue cheese
- 8 oz. vinaigrette salad dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over steak, sprinkle with pepper. Place in plastic bag and chill two hours. Cook to desired degree of doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing into ¼ inch thick slices. Arrange lettuce, avocado and tomatoes on a platter. Arrange steak over vegetables. Top with cheese and drizzle with dressing
