halve mushrooms-set aside- heat oil-med heat-add pork-cook 10 mins til no longer pink - remove - keep warm add oil - add peppers,onion,and mushrooms- cover simmer 10 mins til tender combine cornstarch,thyme,salt,pepper,with 3/4 cup wine or water - stir into mixture- cook til clear and slightly thickened. return pork to skillet - serve over noodles or rice if desired
