Ingredients
- Meatloaf:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 of an onion diced
- 1 lb ground beef
- Saltine crackers
- Topping:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T mustard
- 1/4 ketchup

Step 1
Beat 2 eggs with fork, and add milk. Add onion, ground beef, salt and pepper to the egg mixture and mix well. Add saltine crackers until the mixture becomes firm. Cook in microwave on high for 10 min add ketchup and cook an additional minute. If you use the other topping, cook on high for 6 minutes add sauce mixture and cook an additional 5 minutes on high to turn sauce into a glaze.
